As donations are immediately allocated toward our mission, **all donations are generally non-refundable**.

# 4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within **7–15 business days**, depending on the payment gateway and the customer's bank.

# 5. Event Registration Cancellation
For paid training programs, workshops, conferences, or fundraising events organized by ImpactNest Foundation:
* Cancellation requests received **7 or more days** before the event may be eligible for a full refund, unless otherwise stated for the specific event.
* Cancellation requests made **less than 7 days** before the event may not be eligible for a refund.
* If an event is cancelled by ImpactNest Foundation, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
Any event-specific cancellation terms communicated at the time of registration will prevail.

Where the Foundation charges fees for training, certification, publications, or other services:

* An alternative date; or
* Credit toward another eligible program.

If your payment is debited but no confirmation is received:
* Please allow up to **48 hours** for payment confirmation.
